What is open gym?
Well, it’s a chance to work on your weaknesses, this week is also a chance to make-up a lift or movement from testing as well. We will also put together a WOD specific to you or just give you a “Fun” WOD that you’ll think twice about once you’re done! =)
If you are coming in to do makeups…
Lifts will totally be accepted, but as far as the metabolic portions of the testing, well, there are specifics to know… You still have to complete all them in order if you only want to redo the rowing element, recovery on a short time frame was also another element we were testing, so for you to just come in and rerow, that would not at all be a valid test for you overall conditioning and work capacity. If you only want to redo the 75 C & J, no problem! You’d just have to redo that one.
