Alt EMOM x 10 min:
30 Prisoner Squats
40 secs Push-ups


Complete 6 Sets:

3 Snatch Deads + 2 Hang Power Snatch + 1 OHS


Complete 5 Rounds @ 135/95 of:

12 Snatch Deadlifts
9 Hang Power Snatch


30 Candlesticks
