100 Toes to Bar

50 Power Snatch 135/95

10 Ring Muscle Ups

400 m Plate Run

**Partition the middle reps as necessary


Then  3-5 minutes cool down row/run/bike


If you intend on taking class on Saturday, bring some lower leg protection.  We  will be doing rope climbs!!  Also, sign up for the Mobility Clinic on Saturday, its very worth while… and hey, its cheaper than a co-pay!
