Pain, although very common, is not normal. With the increase in sunshine comes in the increase in injuries and pain/tightness. Time to address your lower back.
And secondly, if you haven’t noticed, we are in a bit of a strength biased cycle right now. So, not all the wods I post are actually to be expected to finish… I’d rather you go a bit heavier and maybe less reps if it’s a bit out of your whelm. #GainTrainIsComing
