5 x 5 Sotts Press

75 Burpee Pull-ups (every two min, deduct 2 reps)
1 mile Run
**10 min cap for burpee pull-ups

HSPU or Ring Dip Practice (if you’ve got the movements, practice strict, or deficit, or weighted. Get at least 25 hard reps in)
