Technical:
5 x 2 Push Jerk
3 x 3 Clean Pulls (last set at the latest should be at 100% of 1RM Clean)

Metabolic:

20 Burpees
400 m Run
40 Air Squats
400 m Run
20 Box Jumps 24″/20″
400 m Run
40 Strict Chest to Deck Push-ups (zero worms)
400 m Run
20 Burpee Box Jumps
