Opens WOD 14.2 was released and it’s a couplet of OHS and Chest to Bar Pull-ups. More information on how Saturday will be run to come later. Take care of those hands!!!

Rock Docs will be in Saturday morning to help prepare you to tackle those Chest to Bar’s and aid in irritable or unstable joints. They will be in from 8-9 am on Saturday.
