Score Sheets and Heat Time Sign Up Sheet Now Up

Saturday is going to kick off with Rock Taping from 0800-0900, must provide own tape, we do have some in house for those of you that don’t have any.  Sign up for you HEAT!!  Starting at 0836, and will be running every 12 minutes.  For you fire breathers that are making it beyond the 12 min, don’t worry, we will all be cheering for you and delay the next heat a few more minutes!

 

Last Saturday was inspiring, the energy was intense and the camaraderie was through the roof, I only hope we can replicate the support of one another this weekend!

For as long as possible-

From 0:00-3:00

Complete 2 Rounds:

10 OHS 95/65 (65/45)

10 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups (Chin over bar/Jumping C2B)

 

From 3:00-6:00

Complete 2 Rounds:

12 OHS

12 C2B Pullups

 

From 6:00-9:00

Complete 2 Rounds:

14 OHS

14 C2B Pullups

 

Continue the pattern as long as possible
