5 x 3 Power Snatch

20 min Partner AMRAP (stolen from Crossfit Mayhem):
500 m Row
Max Burpee Box Jumps until first partner reaches 500 m, then switch and continue.

50 Toes to Bar in as few sets as possible, rest as needed between sets (within reason)

Performance Rock Taping this weekend for extra help with the Opens!!!
