Workout of the Day (Wednesday March 5, 2014)

Technical:
5 x 2 Back Squats

Metabolic:
Alternating minutes, EMOM for 10 min of:
5 Back Squats 70-80% (based on how you’re feeling)
20 Wall Ball

Upon your last wall ball, complete 50 Burpees as fast as possible.

Stabilization:
100 Sit-up Sprint
