Workout of the Day (Friday February 28, 2014)

3 x 20 Ball Slams
5 x 3 Front Squats

30 Front Squats 155/105 (should be able to complete in no more than 3 sets to accomplish 30)
60 Burpees OverBar (for today’s burpees, hips do not need to be open nor clap while clearing the bar)

5 x 20 Unbroken Air Disc Squats

Remember, Saturday is closed for classes, but we will be running HEATS all morning to knock out the Opens WOD 14.1, which is a repeat of the very first Opens WOD:
10 min AMRAP:
30 Double Unders
15 Power Snatch 75/55
