Technical:
5 x 3 Split Jerk

Metabolic:
Start with 2 reps of everything and increase by 2 reps (with the exception of dubs) for 10 minutes.

KB Push Press (53/35)
Goblet Squats
KB Push Ups
20 Double Unders

Stabilization:
100 Seated Twists
