7 x 1 Snatch Complex (Power Snatch+OHS+Hang Snatch)

20 Seconds on 10 off of:

200 Double Unders

100 Wall Ball

75 Push Ups

50 Cal Row

Rest 1 min

100 Sit Ups

*If athlete doesn’t complete the number of reps, move to next exercise once 8 rounds is hit at that station


100 Disc Squats
