40 Burpees to a target
30 Snatches (anyhow) 75/45
30 Burpees
30 Snatches 135/75
20 Burpees
30 Snatches 165/100
10 Burpees
Snatches until time 210/120

**athlete is responsible for changing own weight, target on Burpee is at least 6″ above max reach

Cool down 500 m row, conversational pace
