**Plank Holds

500m Row
**50 Seated Twists with Ball

50m Stick Jumps

60 DB Push Press
** Handstand Hold (Studs don’t use wall)

500m Row
**50 Seated Twists

50m Stick Jumps

70 Ball Slams
**Pull Up Hold

500m Row
**50 Seated Twists

50m Stick Jumps

Note:
Stick Jumps = Partner A starts at beginning, B starts at end. Both Athletes jump towards each other. Jumps stop when athletes meet.

** = partner does this movement while one does movement. Change as needed.
