Technical:
5 x 2 Front Squat ->Split Jerk

Metabolic:
400 m Run
20 Wall Ball
10 Burpees
800 m Run
10 Wall Ball
20 Burpees
400 m Run
20 Wall Ball
10 Burpees

Stabilization:
Max Weight Pull-ups for a Double
