Workout of the Day (Wednesday September 11, 2013)

“The 7’s”:
Seven Rounds of:
7 Thrusters 135/95
7 Knees to Elbows
7 Deadlifts 245/175
7 Burpees
7 KB Swings
7 Pull-ups

Total reps equals 343. Each rep represents one fallen firefighter during the attacks on the Twin Towers 12 years ago. So, the wod is brutal, but NOTHING compared to what was faced in that tragic day.
