5 x 3 Deadlifts (no drop from top, control the rep)

27, 21, 15, 9 of:
KB Seated Twists 24/16
KB Goblet Squats 24/16

**If hands are starting to tear, switch to KB swings. Also, shoulder position is extremely important! Some of you are performing Kipping pull-ups when it may not be most favorable for you, it’s ok to grab a band and strengthen before moving to the ballistic kip!
