21, 15, 9 with the same kb (32/20 kg) of:
KB Goblet Squats
KB Swings
KB Goblet Alt. Leg Lunges (must complete a lunge on each leg to count rep)
Toes To Bar

HSPU practice (studs use a deficit or rings)
