Workout of the Day (Monday July 15, 2013)

12 min to perform:
800 m Run
75 burpees

Then immediately to follow:
10 min to establish 2 RM Deadlift

Five min transition time to get set up then:
40 Push Press 115/75
40 Back Squats 115/75
400 m Run

Stabilization:
50 Bottom Up KB Push-ups
