5 x 2 Touch n Go (Squat) Clean

Three consecutive 4 min AMRAP’s with exactly a one minute rest in between and a 400 m run to “buy-in” each round:
Push Press 95/65
Back Squat Jumps 95/65

50 Toes to bar (in as few sets as possible, rest as needed in between)
