Kit’s B-Day WOD:
Complete Seven Rounds of:
7 Russian KB Swings 24/16 kg
7 DB Power Snatch 55/35
7 Burpees (Single arm)
7 DB Thrusters 55/35 (Single arm)

100 Air Disc Squats

-We have all had some kind of an injury or another, well Kit had a shoulder surgery and he didn’t let that slow him down one bit! The only thing that changed, was creativity! Kit wanted to show people that excuses are crap and when there’s a will, there’s a way!
