Workout of the Day (Saturday July 6, 2013)

5 x 2 Holding Back Squats

Three rounds of:
Power snatch 75/45
Box jump 24″/20″
Thruster 75/45
Chest to Bar pull-ups

With a continuously running clock, complete as many reps as possible at each station with at most 60 secs per station. At the end of the fifth movement, complete one minute of rest before repeating for a total of three rounds. One minute per movement including transitions!
