With a nonstop running clock, perform 60 secs of work at each station until 150 total reps are complete:

DB Thrusters 50/30
Row (Calories)

7 x 1 WTD Pull-ups or Kipping practice if pull-ups aren’t there yet

Endurance class is up and “running”, sign up online! Pay attention to schedule for some changes have been made… Stay hydrated!
