Max Behind the Head Split Jerk

 

Metabolic:

30 Burpee over Bar (buy-in)

Then:

3 RFT:

10 Box Jump Overs (24″/20″)

3 Cleans @ 80% 1RM

10 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

3 Cleans

 

Stabilization:

50 Ring Dips
