Partner A Runs a 400m while Partner B works on completing the following movements until A returns, then they switch.


20 Walking OH single armed KB Lunges

20 KB Push Press

20 KB Front Squats

– REST 2 Mins-

Partners work together to complete max Toes-to-Bar in 2 minutes


*Reps are accumulated by reaching the end of the building (100m), and total amount of 400m completed.
