DB Push-Up to Alt. Arm Row 45/30

DB Squat Jumps 45/30

 

Stabilization:

5 x Max Sets

 

Power Lifting Seminar tomorrow.  If you are signed up (it is full as of now, sorry), arrive at least 15 min early in workout attire.  Bring a snack or few and get ready to move some heavy stuff!

 

With that said, there will be no Open Gym tomorrow due to the seminar… Sorry, but we’ll have about 40 people in here.

 

Also, the “Lost and Found” box at the gym is getting

quite out of control.  Please go through it and see if you have anything in there… It ranges from an MP3 player, to strength wraps and braces, to hoodies, shirts, shorts, pants, etc…  Next Friday the 26th, we will donate to goodwill.
