    I don’t get the opportunity to train with Gary that often but after yesterday’s WOD in Roseville at 5:00, I will never be the same. I say that in a good way! Now, I love ALL the RCF coaches but Gary brought out something in me yesterday that I have been searching for….. CONFIDENCE! Confidence that I can do more than I give myself credit for, confidence that I can push myself harder and further than I have been to this point and confidence that I CAN DO ANYTHING! I DID IT! Thank you Gary and thanks to all the RCF coaches for all you do for all of us!

      It wasnt me Colleen, you’re the one that pushed thru the fatigue and got far out of your comfort zone!!! Great job, very inspiring!
