21, 15, 9 of:

KB Swings 32/20 kg

Ring Dips/HSPU

*If you finish under 5:00 min, Complete

15, 12, 9 of same movements.  If either the 21, 15, 9 or 15, 12, 9 is complete under 10:00 min, complete 9, 6, 3!

** You may alternate between Ring Dips or HSPU or not, athlete choice!
