Max Ground to Overhead (Most efficient method would be Clean & Jerk)

20 KB Snatch 24/16

10 Plate Burpees 55/35



5 x 12 secs KB Hot Potato

and Abate are coming in to apply performance tape in preparation for the Opens for Saturday.  Taping is free, just bring in your own tape.


Saturday, as the previous two Saturday’s have been…  The CrossFit Games Opens WOD will be taking place.  This week is 12.4, I mean 13.3.  CrossFit’s massive imagination has us performing a brutal WOD.


12 minute AMRAP:

150 Wall Ball

90 Double Unders

30 Muscle Ups
