    I understand what he’s saying about taking anti-inflammatories, but what about the natural anti-inflammatory benfits of eating certain foods? Does that restrict the flushing of the system as well?

      Great question… Since it’s food and systemic inflammation, not restricted to a particular ailment, the research suggests you’ll still benefit. The inflammatory cascade they’re specifically referring to is secondary to injury. The anti inflammatory benefits of the foods you consume also possess other nutrient rich functions, thus giving even more benefits!

    Thanks so much for sharing this! This makes so much sense, and I hate icing and taking meds! A bell went off to when I had pulled my hamstring at the glute tie in and I was on a muscle stimulator therapy to heal it! That was 12 year ago and it worked! Thank you, Thank you for posting this!
