Stabilization:

200 Seated KB Twists

 

Notes:

This is a very challenging WOD, hydrate in advance and if you’re just coming back from being sick or having a cold, don’t get crazy with it… Scaling is totally ok! Strategize also, small bites make the WOD manageable!
