100 Burpee Pull Ups

Every 2 minutes, remove 2 reps

or

50 Burpee Muscle Ups

Stabilization:

100 Disc Squats

 

*310 Double Unders

    Trying to do this one at work, how’s the subtract two reps thing work? Subtract 2 from total reps left or total reps completed?

      Subtract the 2 reps from what you’ve already done… Like getting no repped! And you’re doing 50 burpee muscle ups! Have fun, it was rough…
