Work up to a heavy front squat single

 

Metabolic:

10min. AMRAP

100 Wall Ball (buy in)

Then pull up/push up ladder

(1 pull up…1 push up…2 pull ups…2 push ups…and so on)

 

Stabilization:

20 Wall Walks

 

*210 Double Unders
