Double Under Challenge!!

With the new year, comes a new challenge…double unders! You will start to to see this movement quite a bit in classes, so make sure to build in some time before and/or after classes to roll out your calves! It is highly recommended that you have your own rope for you will be able to handle this potential weakness at home or the office!  No excuses, let’s get hopped up!
