Utilizing the same bar (185/115) for all three movements, 5RFT:

5 Push Press

10 Back Squats

15 Dead Lifts


50 Ring Dips


Holiday Burpee Challenge for the month of December!!!  A couple days late, so to fix that, we have just 9 burpees!  We will add 3 each and every day.  This is a great way to get better at the movement, shed some unwanted holiday calories, and push you to enhance your threshold.  The beauty of this, is that you can do it at home too!
