Also, for those of you participating in the Lurong Paleo Challenge, we will not be integrating the benchmark workouts that you all have to redo into class programming this time around. With that said, you can come in during open gym hours, or with the coach’s permission and a judge, you are welcome to come in and redo them out of the way of scheduled classes. Let’s see some improvement on these WODs from four weeks ago!
