It is Veteran’s Day, Monday, the country will be observing the holiday. We have many military personnel training at Rocklin CrossFit, you put up with our programming and burpees and wall ball and all the crappy exercises year round… So, with that, YOU HAVE THE POWER!!! Monday’s WOD will be programmed by you vets! Post your ideas, movements, rep schemes, WOD’s to comments or on our facebook post. Make it interesting! But, if you program, you should be there at least to witness it, if not enjoy it too!
