20 Yds Broad Jumps (Emphasis on landed firm)

3 x Each Junkyard Dog

Burgener Warm Up

5 x Muscle Snatch->OHS->Snatch Balance

7 x 1 of 2-Position Snatch (Knee, then floor) Starting @ 50% 1RM, adding 5% each set

3 x 3 Snatch Pulls on 2″ deficit, Starting @ 95% 1RM, adding 5% each set

5 x 2 Snatch Deadlifts on 2″ deficit, Starting @ 110%, adding 5% each set
