Burgener Warm-Up- Snatch

Overhead Squats 5×2

Russian Kettlebell Swings 5×10 (to be performed after each set of overhead squats)



10 Minute AMRAP of :

Wall Walks

Burpee toe to bar

To be done as a ladder, start with 1 of each movement, then 2,3 ,4…. completing as many rounds as possible.



Bottom up kettlebell strict press 5x4x2
