I’m doing some research and need your help!!! Super easy task, but I need data. I’m conducting some research in regards to resting heart rate and length of time/experience with doing CrossFit. I already know the correlation that performing Crossfit in a regular basis will lower your resting heart rate, but I need actual data!

Please help, the results will directly help one of our members, name to remain anonymous with some health stuff. “Professionals” are claiming that the person in question has a heart rate too low for the average person of their demograph, now being accused of being unhealthy!
