250m Run with Plate (55/35)

15 Plyo Push Ups on Plate

25 Squat Jumps onto Plate

 

Stabilization:

100 Knees to Elbow

 

This weekend we will be having open gym, following the last morning class! So feel free to come in for an extra workout, work on lifts, or any movement that needs improving!
