Lurong Living Paleo Challenge!

It starts today!  You need to get your measurements and your “before” photo taken…  Measurements include the waist, chest, arm, and thigh.  Bring something semi revealing in for you “before” photo.

Chicken, Beef, Pork, Buffalo, Bison, Poultry, Turkey, Venison
Salmon, Shrimp, Scallops, Sardines, Trout, Clams, Crab, Tuna, Lobster, Mussels, Oysters
Meats should be grass-fed & nitrate free. Fish should be wild not farmed. (For the scoring of the Challenge this is a strong recommendation but not required for points. Lean meat, even if not grass fed, is still good during the challenge).

Initially, your energy levels will be a little low, just keep plugging away though!  It will pass.  You may even experience some head aches as well, it’s just your body detoxifying.  Just give it a whirl and see what can happen!  The WOD’s will be fun, initially we need to knock out three “benchmark” WOD’s the first two weeks, they are: Randy, Christine, and a five rounder of burpees and kb swings.  We will definitely incorporate them in to the programming, so be sure to follow the website to not miss.  You can always come in during open gym and hammer them out!
