25 Wall Ball

30 second Chin Up Hold



50 Rollin Pistols


Also, open gym will be available this weekend from 11-2 on both days.  This is a great opportunity for those of you who are paired up and competing in the Good Times Duo Competition to workout with your partner, or for anyone who would like to get an extra workout in, or work on some movements!
