4 x 5 Snatch Balance



Four Rounds of:

15 Ball Slams

10 DB Push Press (40/25)



50 Pistol Squats



“Xiong” was AWESOME yesterday!  You guys really got after it.   Looking at the roster for today, it must have taken its toll…. Super small classes as of now.  If you’re sore AND taking a day off because you are listening to your body, I’m super proud of you!  Be smart, We are open 7 days a week, that doesn’t mean to come in all 7 of them, honor the workout, but honor the rest!!!  If you feel like you just can’t recover, you may need to supplement what your doing with a recovery product to help give you that extra edge.  Let any of us know if you have any questions!
