Just a heads up, we may be closed this weekend due to the install of our flooring!  I apologize for the inconvenience, but it will be well worth it!


Also, are you getting stronger?  Are you getting in any skill work that we cannot always hit in a class?  Come to open gym during the week and get after it!  It’s a great opportunity to ask questions or just not be rushed while you’re working on your lifts.  This is also the time when I’ll be training, I know many of you ask my training schedule, so there’ll be a chance to get in a great WOD outside of a class, or just a great strength session.  We had a bunch of people come in yesterday for the first time for open gym and they loved it!
