10 min to find Max Deadlift



Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 min of:

5 Muscle Ups

    *Scaled is 5 strict C2B Pullups & 5 pushups

10 OHS 135/95

50 Double Unders



EMOM x 4 Min of 30 Situps



Today was one of our members’ last day today and these are his favorite movements… Zach Shaw, after a couple years of trying, finally got accepted in to the CHP academy and starts this Monday!  Good Luck Buddy!!!
