Technical:

4 x 2 Push Jerk

3 x 15 DB Thrusters

 

Metabolic:

1 km Row (Performed at some point during WOD, must be continuous, as in, not two rounds of 500 m)

Five Rounds of:

21 Wall Ball

15 Burpees

 

Stabilization:

100 Seated KB Russian Twists
