Notes:  The “Open Gym” schedule for tomorrow, July 4th, has been changed from over the weekend.  Please make note, that it no longer starts at 0700, but at 0900 instead.  There is an end time at noon, but realistically, if people are here and are continuing to work, I will remain here.

 

Also, just a week from today, we leave for Southern California to compete in the 2012 Reebok CrossFit Games, due to the failed drug test by the team that took first at our region, we will be going in in FIRST place representing one of the toughest regions, Northern California!  The site will be updated frequently, and the Games will be aired online at espn3.com and at games.crossfit.com.  Here is a video of our Day #1 at last year’s event:
