For Time: Start and finish with a 400 m run

5, 10, 15, 20, 25 Ground to Overhead

25, 20, 15, 10, 5 Box Jumps

Stabilization: 5 x 12 Secs Seated KB Hot Potato
Details: Drink lots of water!  It is seriously heating up…
